In order to learn from the experience of promoting intellectual property work and improving patent quality after the institutional reform in other provinces and cities, Zhao Qi, deputy director of Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office, recently led a research team to Zhejiang Province and Shanghai to conduct a research.
The research group has held a discussion with the relevant leaders and comrades of Zhejiang intellectual property bureau and Shanghai Intellectual Property Bureau, and has detailed understanding of the intellectual property work after the reform of the two institutions, and has carried out in-depth discussion on the improvement of patent quality. During the period of Zhejiang, the research group also visited Hangzhou high tech Zone (Binjiang) intellectual property comprehensive service center, and held a discussion and exchange with relevant staff of Binjiang District Intellectual Property Bureau.
