On September 10, Jiangsu Intellectual Property Bureau went to Gaochun District of Nanjing to carry out joint law enforcement action at provincial, municipal and county levels. On the spot, the personnel of intellectual property protection department of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office shall, by case interpretation, teach the investigation and treatment process of cases with fake patent and patent mark marking, and require law enforcement personnel to standardize the handling documents and case entry.

 This joint law enforcement action focused on the inspection of large supermarkets, electrical appliance stores and other commercial circulation enterprises. More than 200 batches (pieces) of goods were inspected, and more than 40 pieces of goods and publicity materials suspected of counterfeiting patents and nonstandard labeling of patent labels were found. The law enforcement personnel carried out on-site registration and sampling evidence collection in accordance with the law, and the next step will be to deal with them in accordance with the law.
